Since I got into high school, I have been interested in graphic design, especially with Adobe Illustrator. I did freelance designing throughout my years.

I had my first professional work experience in Ford Otosan as HR team member for 6 months, i got the opportunity to observe the biggest automotive company in the region, it turns out that managing a team of 23,000 people is a massive challenge of communication/collaboration, this is the reason i grew an interest on developing web apps and software. Started to use and develop spreadsheets and excel macros to track issues more effectively and calculate scores of candidates.

While studying i had 2 internship opportunities for a month for each where i got the chance to participate in a production planning team in Huhtamaki Türkiye where i helped the team in visualizing the inventory allocations regarding different customers, this is a place where i honed my skills in spreadsheet applications to a really good level. I can fully utilize all of the functionality in excel after this experience.
After Huhtamaki i got the chance to participate in the export sales team in Kale Kilit. I developed a small excel application that automatically parses trade data from a data vendor and ranks the potential customers based on a custom scoring.

I found the chance to participate in strategic marketing team of Medtronic as an intern. The team paved the way of marketing team of the EMEA region in terms of data driven decision making. I participated in several projects including PowerBI dashboards, EMEA region internal website administration for marketing teams, requirements management of the data collection platforms and many more. I fully utilized all of microsoft enterprise products to increase the IT capabilities of the marketing teams for 6 months.
